There is a $10 surcharge for large items such as mattresses, box springs, couches, and lay-z-boy style chairs.
We also have a wood chipper.
How to drop off waste directly at the transfer station:
Pull into our lot, driving around back of the building to enter the scales from behind so the drivers door is parallel with the office window.
We then wave to let the customer know that we have their weight and they can then proceed to the warehouse where they will back into one of the bay doors.
The staff in the warehouse will help to unload and sort the items.
The customer would then return to the scale building, proceed to weigh out and come into the office to settle up and apply payment.
